Ms. Mendez works closely with clients in servicing loans and streamlining the loan approval process. She is involved in the preparation and administration of various documents and contracts for new loans. Ms. Mendez reviews attorney prepared loan documents, prepares new collateral and credit files, and assists lenders in portfolio administration. In addition to working on special projects for the president of BDC Funding, she conducts research and coordinates overall operations for the company.
